About

We listen, act, and transform

Thank you for your interest in my mental health counseling services. In my 17 years of practice, of the various theoretical approaches, I mostly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have a passion for working with individuals, families and groups and specialize in trauma recovery, anxiety, depression and stress. Counseling can be hard work but I know that healing is possible because I've had my own personal journey. With a little determination and faith in God I can help you get back to a place of peace.

Testimonials

“In dealing with grief, the sessions we had were timely, enlightening and uplifting. Patty helped me find new ways to adjust and embrace my loss. She gave me permission to remove the self-imposed time limits on mourning. I’m learning to settle into my new norm.”

Joy Stewart, Existing Client

“My self-esteem classes revealed a need for clearer boundaries. I learned to determine with which boundaries I could be fluid or which I needed to be firm. I eventually gained enough strength to demand respect for my personal boundaries in every relationship.”
